Do I have to pay an extra charge if I book through Bookia?

No, rest assured that our service is completely free of charge. 

How can I modify my reservation?

We do understand that sometimes you’d need to change your reservation and you can easily do that by contacting us either by phone, email or messenger or from the dashboard on your account!

How will I know that my booking has been confirmed?

If you’re booking online usually you’ll get your booking confirmation within just a few minutes or so and if you’re on the phone with us we do aim to confirm your booking whilst we’re on the line. However, if this is not the case you will get a confirmation within a few minutes. Confirmations are sent both by SMS and email.

What happens if my booking is rejected?

Oh no! A booking rejection might occur when the restaurant you’ve attempted to book is fully booked. Don’t worry about it, we have 100’s of  restaurants on our site but if you’re unsure we’ll even give you a call to help you find an alternative restaurant and make sure you’ll get your booking confirmed.

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet but it’s in our pipeline. In the meantime, you can easily save our site by following these easy steps: 

  • Go to
