Bookia (Malta, EU) is a fast-growing company currently looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives (English speaking) to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Role:

Providing support to our customer base via Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
Make sure the customer receives top-quality service.
Guide our customers on how to make any bookings online.
Help the customers with any query they come across.

Skills and Requirements:

Must be residing in Malta.
Must have excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
Friendly personality.
Candidates must be IT literate.
Fluent English
Fluency in  Spanish and/or Italian will be considered an asset.

*This role is on a shift basis where working days can be from Monday to Sunday at any time between 9 AM and 8 PM.
